Program at a glance

In order to earn the CSCMP designation, you must successfully complete all of the following:
8 Modules on Strategic Supply Chain Management Knowledge
  • Foundations of Supply Chain Management
  • Procurement Strategy and Supply Management
  • Inventory, Logistics Management and Transportation
  • Operations and Process Design Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Global Strategic Sourcing
  • Public Sector Supply Chain Management 
  • Major Projects, Capital Goods, and Services 
6 Workshops on High-Level Business Skills
  • Effective Leadership
  • Art of Negotiation
  • Importance of Communication
  • Contract Management & Competitive Bidding
  • Risk Management
  • Ethics: Social and Environmental Responsibility
Evaluation
  • In addition to an overall grade of 60%, a passing grade in each of the above mentioned components is required.
  • Module: (30%) Final assignment/case analysis and group/individual participation
  • Workshops: (15%) Session work, case analysis or project assignment and group/individual participation.
  • Final Exam: (45%) Full Case analysis demonstrating leadership competencies of the program.
Final Examination
  • Test knowledge acquired in a case-based exam.
(Candidate performance will be monitored throughout the program and progress reports will be issued.)

Eligibility Criteria

Below is the outline of our eligibility criteria. We highly recommend that you book a consultation with us to learn more.
Applying based on Work Experience:

Eligibility: If you have a minimum of 5 years in a Supply Chain related role.

Applying based on Education

Eligibility: If you have a degree/diploma in a business-related field or a Supply Chain related program from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution. Otherwise, proof of International Equivalency is required. Exemptions based on education will only be considered for education that has been completed within the last five years.
